Have a military hero or veteran? I served in the Marines (a long time ago and it feels like a galaxy far, far away).

Is your story set in Boston or Paris? I’ve lived in both of those cities and have flagged descriptions about settings that aren’t quite right. I’ve also traveled through New England, New York, and Europe numerous times.

Why I might not be the right editor for you:

You’re writing a historical romance. Although I married a history teacher, I haven’t read many historical romances.

You’re building a complex world in a science fiction novel. Sorry, I wouldn’t be the right match.

I’ve been writing and editing for 25 years and have published over forty books. Since 2013, I’ve worked with many authors to improve their manuscripts. I edit for an indie publisher and a romance author group.
